I had a really bad experience with these folks. I purchased a pair of front JBL speakers, and let me tell you, they sound nothing like the original speakers in my VW Golf. There's zero bass and no depth at all. When you go for aftermarket speakers, you usually need either a better amp or a subwoofer to boost the bass, since they’re designed to avoid damage. I wasn’t aware of this, and nobody bothered to explain it to me during the purchase. A day later, after I installed them, I returned only to find out I couldn’t get a refund, even though I had the original box and was within the 14-day return policy. I took my car back to Volkswagen, and they found damaged connectors, a ripped speaker housing, and a total mess inside. If I had just gone to the dealership first, I would’ve saved cash and ended up with better quality speakers. The original OEM ones are top-notch and unfiltered, so you get clear sound with bass. They keep pushing folks to buy a subwoofer for bass when, honestly, you can get decent bass from door speakers alone. I wouldn’t suggest these guys unless you’re keen on spending a lot on unnecessary stuff for a modern car.
